[RWP] latency in reaper

To their credit, Behringer is really trying to do something about that
image lately, with stuff like the Behringer X32 and their new range of
studio monitors. We'll see how that all holds up. Someone once said that
Behringer is the Kia of audio gear. I like that one, especially now. Kia
offers a lot of features in a relatively cheap car. Behringer does the
same. Hmm...
