[RWP] latency in reaper

so are the onyx interfaces full multi-track? as aposed to some of the other 
boards that have a stereo USB output that lets you record the main mix or 
assigned channels etc, but not each channel as it's own track like on the 
dedicated firewire interfaces..
the 1640I and 820I are priced similar to the conventional mackie 8x2 and 
16x4 audio mixers.
