[RWP] latency in reaper

Correction: the pre is nothing wonderful. That's right, one mic preamp 
without phantom power, and one instrument input, which also pretty well 
sucks. The actual line level inputs, however, are very nice indeed, much 
better than I would have thought for the price. Even not taking that 
into consideration, I've seen a few slightly more expensive interfaces 
that just aren't as clean as the Alpha for basic line input/output. It's 
the cheapest thing I know of with TRS balanced I/O. It's one of those 
interfaces that I would never use as a first choice, but if something 
bad happened to everything else I had, I could get by for a while. I 
bought two of them. I think those boxes don't get enough credit for what 
they are.
