Is he familiar with reaper at all, knowing what it is is a good thing, but he will have to get familiar with it  what it does and it's  API as well as Documentation for all the screen  readers he plan to support. Argueably  that part could be a little bit easier on the mac, but the majority of the crowd here are windows users  though
