[RWP] I'm having trouble with latency and reaper

You'll get much lower latency if you buy a better soundcard, and only
use the built-in RealTech for speech.
Someone else will need to advise what brand or model of soundcard, since
my eMu 1616M is out of production now, and I'd never steer anyone to
eMu Creative company anyway, because of their terrible support.
Their soundcards can be great, but eMu offers no support at all; and
their soundcard's control panel is not accessible.
There are plenty of other brands and models with good support and
accessible control panels, someone else will know.
