[RWP] I'm having trouble with latency and reaper

Wow. I don't have that problem even with wave out on my laptop at 128
samples, which is about the latency I used to get when Asio was having a
bad day on my old DAW, that is, not too bad, and I can play softsynths
with it if I have to, but not terribly awesome, either. Maybe a 10 ms
delay or so. Not bad at all for an on-board sound chip in Windows.
Reaper has more buffering settings that aren't related to the main
device stuff. Have you done anything with that?
