[RWP] getting access to afect presets with NVDA.

Using NVDA; With some effect plugs, the parameters display at the tab 
key in Reaper's FX chaining view, same as those parameters do on Jaws 
and Window-eyes.
There's an effects parameter field that doesn't immediately display; 
for some of the bundled Rea effects parameters; and that's true for 
jaws, wineyes and NVDA.
Basically, you can cause those parameters to show by hitting page down, 
then the parameters are listed at the arrow keys.
That's all I need in Wineyes, and I believe it's the same with NVDA, but 
I'll check.
Some plugs show all their parameters to NVDA, like I was just trying a 
plug that's supposed to isolate or eliminate a vocal in a mix, that old 
inverting and summing trick that really doesn't work that well to get a 
clean acapella vocal.
Using NVDA; All of its parameters were easily available at the tab key 
while in FX chaining view; brought up with the F key from track view.
So, select the track you want to access the effect's parameters for; 
press F while in track view to get to FX Chaining View; then tab 
carefully and listen to description of parameters; with check boxes or 
value fields at the arrow keys; same as with Jaws or Wineyes.
Today I ran a new free CD/DVD/BlueRay ripper and burner called A Shampoo 
Studio' that is sort of accessible, except you needed to find the next 
button, the write button, the repeat burn button, at the number pad.
It wasn't that hard to do in NVDA;; reminded me of working in Wineyes; 
or with the jaws Pc cursor.
