[RWP] autotuning in reaper?

OK, I coppied reaperAccess.dl and NVDAControler client dll into the
plugins folder of x86 reaper, and imported my keymap from the x64
version. But ReaperAccess still isn't loading. Do I need to enable it
inside reaper somehow?
