[RWP] Take FX in reaper 3.78

Select your item in the normal way, then use shift+e to add effects to
item. You don't have access to the ReaAccess exposed automated effect
parameter thingy, which is really useful with some plugins, even if
you've set the UI to show a generic plugin interface, so I often design
effect chains in a temp track, then copy them to the item after
tweaking, just so I can have a bit more control over stuff.
