I just bought Reaper 4 Unleashed, by Geoffrey Francis, in PDF download
for about $9 USD, and it's packed full of specific directions for
working faster and easier by creating scripts and custom actions.
At every stage of explaining Reaper; from the very beginning; he's going
into all those appearance and other settings in preferences, explaining
which settings will make your work flow easier and quicker.
Sure, it's from a sighted perspective, but in the Mouse Modifier
actions; for instance; he's assigning keyboard shortcuts to a bunch of
useful mouse moves.
When I read that long list of mouse modifiers and realized that many
actually call a particular mouse move, I thought we should find these
useful with shortcuts.
I was just reading the directions on creating your own custom toolbar,
which includes creating text icons, tool tips, and you can type the text
you want on a tooltip.
Custom tooltips, wow, I never hoped to get those in any program.
Incredible how malliable Reaper is!
