hey all, recently I've been reeding all the discussions on the list about improving the accessibility of reaper and trying to reprogram reaaccess. 

i think i know a programer who may be able to help us he knows a variety of programming languages and i don't think he would be to expensive to hire. 
so if some body on this list with programming knowledge would be able to rite a description of what needs doing including any technical information he would need to know i think that would be a good starting point what do people think?
