Well, with ReaAccess you get two views, the track view, which is
obviously where you arrow up and down through the tracks, and the
Effects Chain View, which you reach by pressing the letter F in track view.
Okay, if you have loaded an effect plugIn, you will find parameters at
your tab key and value fields at your arrow keys.
That's a general rule, you find that most clearly on the bundled
effects, like ReaEQ and others
I don't think it's different in Jaws, but in Wineyes, I need to go to my
numPad mouse to scan a plug's native interface, while in the same
effects chaining view.
A few days ago I was looking at a new plug, which emulates a 16 pad
sample player, something like an Akai MPC.
By scanning, reviewing, whatever term you want to call it, I could creep
the mouse cursor across the plug's interface and find unnamed graphics.
I clicked on them with a left mouse click at the number pad and found
all the plug's menus for making various assignments.
Is that what you mean by clicking on buttons?
Those graphics are screen buttons that sighted users click on with their
mouse.
If you want to get to the raw parameters of any plug; in track view
press shift+P to get a list of parameters.
You arrow up and down through the list, you tab down to get the value
fields.
You can change values at the arrow keys, also make large jumps in value
at the home and end keys, jumps of 200 units at the page up and page
down keys.
Values are usually shown from 0 to 1000.
AN OFF ON SWITCH IS SHOWN AS ZERO FOR OFF AND ONE FOR ON
