[RWP] behringer bcf 2000, and reaaccess

I know this may sound like a lot to get stared with
I thank you guys for being patient with me
in 2 days I will be getting a behringer bcd 2000 control surface
I have read about the plugging which makes the surface talk with a screen reader
if I install this plugging will my reaaccess be affected?
I can't seem to find a clear guide on how to install the plugging to be used by reaper
I'm very new to control surfaces and have done my googling 
I just don't quite understand how to get it all up and running
could anyone give me any pointers/tips
