[RWP] Changing the tempo

Hey Jinseng,

First thing to check:
1. Open Reaper, and load project Settings with Alt+Enter
2. On the project settings tab, you should find a setting entitled
"Timebase for items/envelopes/markers". My guess is that this will
currently be set to Beats (position, length, rate). You should try
changing this to "Time" if you want to adjust the project tempo
without Reaper stretching the audio.
