[RWP] instructions to install reaper on 64bit

Installing 64 bit Reaper is the same as installing 32 bit Reaper.
Find the download link and download the correct version for Windows 7 64 
from:
www.reaper.fm
plus ReaAccess from:
www.reaaccess.com
There's only 1 version of ReaAccess.
Install Reaper 64 first, open it and close it once, then install ReaAccess.
That's all I ever did, and it works perfectly;  for Jaws, System Access 
and NVDA; but 64 bit Reaper won't run on Window-Eyes; no matter how I tried.
