[RWP] changing tracks you've recorded in stereo to mono in reaper4?

Why don't you just copy the item(s) from your stereo track to another 
track, then select the properties of all items, change channel mode from 
normal to left on one track in item properties, then from normal to 
right on the other track, then mix as desired.
It might be easiest if you glue all items on your stereo track first, 
which effectively renders them all as one take.

Use the expert dialog select the tracks u want, export them to a mono wav or mp3 or etc. and select the option to reimport into project when done. When the render is completed u should have new mono tracks in th e project and can  remove/archive the stereo ones if u like.
