[RWP] changing tracks you've recorded in stereo to mono in reaper4?

easiest way probably is the same way you would export a project. Use the expert dialog select the tracks u want, export them to a mono wav or mp3 or etc. and select the option to reimport into project when done. When the render is completed u should have new mono tracks in th e project and can  remove/archive the stereo ones if u like.
