[RWP] Configuring Reaper with Korg Nanokontrol2 control surface

I also had the same problem when using my Motif XS as a control surface
in Reaper when I tried it about a year ago. Eventually, I will probably
get something like a BCF2000 and dedicate the NanoKontrol to controlling
plugins only, but at the moment, I'm in New York City with a portable
rig, and just wanted something small to use.
