[RWP] Configuring Reaper with Korg Nanokontrol2 control surface

The Korg NanoKontrol editor I tried was near  100 percent bit map
The price of the Nano series is very appealing, but the build quality of 
the one I bought makes a ccommon TV remote control look like a Cadillac 
by comparison.
Still, a NanoKontrol could last, everything is getting flimsyer these 
days, but gear still works, mostly.
