[RWP] Configuring Reaper with Korg Nanokontrol2 control surface

It may have something with the korg being in jump mode which would make it
only move when the control reaches the current setting. I have the same
issue with my motif xf for some reason, and it doesn't matter if I’m using
reaper or sonar.

Hi Gord:
I had no problem enabling the input for control only, even with NVDA,
but the part that got me was the control surface dialogue itself. I did
eventually find the midi in/midi out thing with NVDA flat review, and
made it work. Now I just have to figure out how to set min and max
values, as I want the top of the fader to be 0DB, not +24, and figure
out why the knobs don't always quite line up to what I think they
should. For example, sometimes, the knob for controlling pan, when
center, can be anywhere from 75 percent left to 50 percent right. Going
from one extreme to the other and back again changes things again. I
mostly want to use this thing for controlling effects anyway.
