[RWP] Configuring Midi Device

I just popped into 64 bit Reaper with N V D A. and enabling in midi 
device is even easier than I remembered.

I have no midi device plugged into this online computer, so I only found 
the word list shown where the name of a midi device and disabled would be.
I pressed NVDA+numPad dash; and the word list  was in focus at the 
numPad; right clicked on list; and the configuration dialog immediately 
showed att the middle arrows; ready to place the checkmarks on configure 
as midi device and configure as controller; or similar words.
