[RWP] Configuring Reaper with Korg Nanokontrol2 control surface

Oh, I should have said that I configured my Edirol PCR-300 in the usual
midi device section of Reaper preferences, because it was the only midi
keyboard I had for a while.
I since have others that I added to that midi device section, but the
Edirol PCR control surface is still in that section, and it both sends
notes like any keyboard plus controller messages.
I always place a checkmark on use for midi control for any midi
keyboard; since many will also ssend out some control messages.
