[RWP] Configuring Reaper with Korg Nanokontrol2 control surface

Patrick, I configured my Edirol PCR-300 control surface/keyboard in the 
regular midi device section of options/preferences.
The name of the device, plus both output ports are shown.
I just enabled it as midi device, plus also as a midi control device in 
the configure dialog.
It works perfectly, and controls several parameters of most soft synths 
right away; without being assigned with midi learn.
