[RWP] Configuring Reaper with Korg Nanokontrol2 control surface

I'm not in front of Reaper right now Patrick, but the window in prefs
that pops up when you're adding a control service protocol is funky.
>From memory, there are a couple of pulldowns that aren't in the tab
order to choose ports. Flat review should find them for ya.
Shout if that doesn't work...
