Hey, Jim, you're onto something relating the app key being broken to
using Windows Explorer outside of Reaper.
I just popped into Reaper 64, which I thought couldn't have its app key
not bring up the monitor input menu, pressed Windows key plus M, from
the desktop I found some files, pressed the applications key on them,
and got the same context menu I would usually get from Explorer; but;
when I closed out and returned to Reaper, the app key was broken again.
I got no menu, or message of any kind, just silence when i pressed it.
I tried alt+F4 to clear anything that might be in the way, didn't help
to let the app key work again.
I had to close Reaper and open it again, and then it is back to always
bringing up the monitor input menu' without the Handle Not Found message.

I think we mentioned this a few months ago.
