[RWP] AutoHotKey A Few HotSpots

I've noticed that phenomenon, that once I get the app key to display the
monitor input menu, it often, but not always, tends to continue to work
during that session, no more ctrl+up arrow required.
I'm beginning to doubt the objectivity of reality, after my XP Reaper
was fixed, I thought, then lost the fix.
I think you got it; it's a focus, or loss of focus issue.
Yesterday I found Roy Shtupler's very first message when he discovered
his ctrl+up arrow fix.
He said, if you get some other menu after ctrl+up arrow, move your mouse
pointer alias PC cursor a little, then try again; paraphrased.
I know that in Wineyes, I've sometimes had the mouse pointer I thought
directly on a screen graphic; which spoke the word graphic as I moved
to it, and yet my wife reports that the mouse pointer was a tiny bit
outside the screen graphic's borders.
I think this is blamed on off screen modeling, but NVDA, with its object
modeling, often gets no reaction from pressing its enter key, with a
button apparently on target at the tab key; so I need to do its Move to
Focus maneuver at the NumPad, and press NVDA key plus numPad enter key
So, NVDA must also suffer from focus issues at times.
I sympathize with NVDA; Reaper and ReaAccess, I've had a cold this week
and have been going around half-focused most of the week.

I think we mentioned this a few months ago.
