[RWP] Using a focusrite 18I 20 or liquid pro 40

Does anyone have any experience using any of the focusrite products as
an interface with reaper? A good friend of mind did some recording
with me this week with the liquid sapphire 56, and pro tools, and I
drewled for two days straight. I'm hesitant to look at the liquid 56
as it's main selling points are some microphone immulation that seems
to be mostly software driven and I'd hate to spend the extra buck to
find it isn't accessible. In any event, if you don't recommend the
focusrite product line, is there a more suitable option that will work
with reaper and jaws/NVDA. I'd like six or 8 ins if possible to track
multiple instruments at once.
