[RWP] Is This a SureFire Method of Opening Track Record Inputs Menu?

It's a very odd situation. What happens for me is that I get the message,
handle of current track view is not found, but the context menu comes up
anyway. It's the one with Monitor Input etc.
When I poke into this with my jaws tools, the track view always has focus,
even when you are tabbing through those items like arm and volume and all
that.
Even though you are tabbing, actual focus, according to windows, is not
changing. But, people often make focus, appear, to move by sliding some
clever color highlighting around. Unless they have played some really weird
tricks in the background, that should not cause redirection of key strokes
to one control or another.
I'm runnign reaper 4.26, for some strange reason. I didn't realize that.
Anyway, I was surprised that I got the error message, but stuff worked
anyway.
