[RWP] Issues with adding effects and selection

I've been trying to use the Ray Access plug-in effects.  I was just
selecting the track with Shift+A, so I will try moving around in the
track with  those controls.

Also, is there a good noise reduction plugin?  I can't seem to find
anything in the list of plug ins I have.
