[RWP] help using the zoom feature in reaper

hi
if anyone wouldn't mind I have a couple of questions
I would like to know how to nudge items in reaper with reaaccess
also, how can I get the scrubbing to come back the way it was before
I seemed to have messed with the zoom I guess, not sure how though
basically I would like to know how to move items contents around my project, say if something needed to start slightly earlier or later
