[RWP] Addendum 2.1 to Best and Simplest Quantization Method

I just looked again at the quantize menu you get by pressing Q in 
Reaper's onboard midi editor, and; if you select manual on the first 
tab, then tab down about 6 times, there is the grid, with selections 
from 1/128 to 4, and everything in between, with the eleventh choice 
being grid.
I assume, if it's safe to assume anything, that this will set the grid, 
and that other places in Reaper you can set the grid will change to 
reflect changes made here
After selecting the grid here, say 1/16, you could  tab back up to the 
first selection tab and select grid instead of manual, and proceed with 
the quantization.
I'll check that thoroughly tomorrow, but I would have expected to find a 
way to set quantization values right here in this menu.
