[RWP] Original Music

No, I can use a 6x lens and I can see the cursor position. Amazing is that
the cursor has fixed positions so you can count by pressing the cursor keys.
If you go left, you will reach the top left of the screen and keep this
position. The same while walking with Cursor right to bottom right. So it
gives me the real feel of a real hardware device but with much more power
and benefits.

I connected Akai on this because if the display of the MPC could be mirrored
as a text window on the computer, it would be accessible because most
elements are text-based. The software itself which you can alternatively use
is full graphical, with NVDA you have no access.

I think that this workflow in general is useful for those who know the old
hardware sequencers without any overdozed interfaces.

Viele Grüße

Stephan, have you used the MPC without sight?

Those are very interesting to me, especially now that they finally got
24 bit samples, but I haven't met any blind users of the Akai MPC.

I have wanted to buy the Native Instruments Maschine, but think it may be
not so easy to run without being able to constantly look at the screen.
I know for certain that some selections in Maschine must be made from the
screen, such as browsing to samples to load them I don't think I could even
get samples loaded onto pads.
How much do you need to do in the Akai MPC that would be easier with sight,
or is it also impossible without seeing?
Thanks,
Indi.
