O what's a nice idea!
Here I am sharing my last finished track which I have recently shared in
the Midimag mailing list.
The composition is entitled "Pyrrhic Victory" and it is an instrumental
track. I have composed it in Sonar with JSonar.
"Pyrrhic Victory" means a victory that is won by incurring terrible
losses. Just think of a soldier, after the victory in the battle, he is
returning home. His own village, his affectionate old mother, his lovely
wife, his sweet child,--all are waiting for him. His effort is also a
cause of the victory of his country. So, he must be happy.
Is he really very happy? Doesn't he have the agonies of regret as he
firmly knows that, war is nothing but shedding blood and he is also a
part of that blood shedding play? Perhaps...
I have tried to portray this emotion in this composition, where victory
and lose are in the same cage.
