[RWP] Changing tempo and selecting tracks/parts of tracks?

I will offer to do some of the editing, just to clean e-mails up a bit,
remove extra chatter, and name the file accordingly. But, I will get more
done if I don't have to spend so much time reading RWP posts.
When you post, consider whether it is really necessary or useful. Thank
you.
Now, I need one person willing to form the central repository, and tell me
exactly what I need to do to link posts in.
Otherwise, I'll just start a big dumb web page with links based on subject.
