[RWP] Question about Reaper presets

Reaper definitely has its default preset and bank load and save dialog, 
but it only loads and saves FXB and bank and FXP Preset formats.
I have my own home made method of getting to it, but maybe someone here 
can tell you a method that works for all screenreaders; to bring up 
Reaper's load/save dialog.
