[RWP] Changing tempo and selecting tracks/parts of tracks?

Indi, yes thanks, they will be useful, but I don't want to presume anything
here and don't want to get another load of work.  I'll take a look at them
for sure, but I think the ball is currently in Scott's court, as he
mentioned the reaaccess site and may want to put stuff there.  Either way a
group of users need to think this is a good move, regardless of whether or
not it's repeating already written guides, it's stuff users already know or
for any other reason.  The basic aim would be to make it a "go to"
reference, plain and simple. 

Some won't care one way or the other, but, to make it happen, some users
need to roll up their sleeves and do it as a project, cheers Steve.

I'll gladly send you my collected notes, Steve, but I can't get into 
sorting and editing them.
There will be repetitions, but they're copied from wikis and what 
knowledgeable folks have said about how to run Reaper with ReaAccess.
You can keep them somewhere, and make them available to anyone who'll 
use them, if you want.
I've titled the individual notes with what I thought were sensible 
titles, according to the problem they solved.
They're in RTF rich text format.
