[RWP] Trying to add an effect to a track, it doesn't work on my guitar sound.

Hello,
Do you have a separte track set up for each instrument. You should
have one track for your guitar with its input source set to input 1
where your guitar is plugged in. A second track with its input set to
S/PDIF where the keyboar is coming into reaper on. Now use up or
down arrows to get to and select the guitar track. then press f to
open its FX Bin and select the guitar amp plug in. Now this should
only affect the guitar signal and not the keyboard at all.
