[RWP] Handle of current no tracks found?

With a track inserted with the shortcut  ctrl+T; press ctrl+up arrow, 
then press the applications key and the context menu that begins with 
monitor input should display.
I myself need to press ctrl+up arrow several times, until I hear 
something about mixer before pressing the applications key to get that 
monitor input menu, but other computers require only 1 press of ctrl+up 
arrow, then a press of the applications key.
If I press ctrl+up arrow only once, then press applications key; I hear 
a menu that begins with Jump to marker J.
You'll soon get the hang of how many presses of ctrl+up arrow; then 
pressing applications key;  gives whichever menu you want.
It's a fix for something that got broken about version 4.
