[RWP] Handle of current no tracks found?

Freelists has archives and file upload space,
so maybe it's time to look at something like that instead of writing the 
same stuff over and over again.

Each of us knows something,
but very few have the whole picture.
about reaper.

So this is desperately needed.

What with the studio and my students, I don't have time to do more than 
participate in a small way.
and since I'm learning reaper I don't feel qualified yet to do for it what I 
do with sonar,
but at some point
I'll be stepping up and offering low priced tutoring services for reaper.

But folks should understand,
reaaccess is not moving anymore and reaper is.

YOu can't hit a target with a gun that's bolted in place,
and won't swivel to track the target.

That's why folks like Patrick working in a production environment is using 
3.78,
because that's the last version of reaper fully supported or supported the 
best for reaper.

People have found work arounds and are getting by with later versions but 
it's going to become less reliable and more a hassle than it worth till 
someone takes reaaccess in hand and brings it up to date.
