[RWP] Changing tempo and selecting tracks/parts of tracks?

ahh, i agree. i'm sure someone must have asked how to do audio
quantizing for example, -in the past-, but i couldn't find it anyway.
It would be awesome to have a quickstart guide, specially the one that
explains stuff with accessibility in mind.
Even a FAQ would help. i remember that i asked why the application key
is not working in reaper a while ago and got answers, and now there is
also someone else asking the same question.
I really want to bring up a wiki or something about reaper and
reaAccess, so users could put their experience and small how to guides
in there.
I'm hoping to also write one myself, but i have still way to go to
master reaper, and i believe my english is not good enough to actually
be able to write howto guides, or explainations.
Cheers
Hadi
