[RWP] how to do audio quantizing with reaper?

Yes once you have slip edited one pass of the first verse and have
it all on the grid, You can glue all the splits back together to make
it an item again and then set it to be a loop. Then instead of having
to slip edit the reast of the drums for the verses, you can delete
them and just set the number of times u want that first past to loop
for the length of the verse. The downside to this is that a real
drummer never hits the drums exactly the same way twice so the
natrual dynamic and feel may be lost. That being said, by the time
the song is mixed I doubt anyone willnoticed where a loop was used in
most cases. Yes this method can be used for guitars and other
instruments . Though with guitars i usually just cut out the spot
thats bad, and find a place else where in the song where that guitar
part was played well, copy it, and paste it in the bad spot .
