[RWP] Changing tempo and selecting tracks/parts of tracks?

I always select items with control right or left arrow, then use shift and top number row to change item rate and pitch etc.

You can change elastique settings in project settings.

  Hi. This has been far too long overdue, but I'm putting in a bit of time to learn the basics of Reaper.  yes, I've got to grips with what's needed to insert plugs etc, as I've had to do that to make HSC sets work with it, but I'm a bit clueless on some other stuff. What I'm needing to know at this moment is simply how to change tempo and how to select audio, whether its a full track or just a part of a track.
