[RWP] Items in other editors

Hello!

I hope someone could help me with this problem. When I have an audio 
item and I open it in the external editor, I think, that the original 
file is changed. E.g. I have a music file and want to add some effect, 
that I only have in this specific editor, I change the original file. 
When I chose a menuentry to Open a copy in the external editor, Reaper 
inserts the copy before the original item. How can I tell reaper only to 
take the edited copy and not the original? In Sonar you can open the 
clip in the chosen editor and after saving Sonar asks you, if you want 
to reinsert the changed copy.
