[RWP] nvdaControllerClient32

There's a folder called plug-ins in my reaper folder.

Both
NVDAControllerClient.dll
and
reaper_access.dll
are in there.

I'm running xp so it might be a different deal with w7,
but it was the same when I created a portable version, I think I had a little trouble getting the key-map in the right place, but I got it to work.
