For what purpose?
If it's to use the AHK hotspot thing, it's the same dir as the .ahk
itself. Most programs keep it in their specific folders, for instance,
reaAccess keeps the file in:
C:\Program Files\REAPER (x64)\Plugins
on my x64 machine, and reaperAccess.dll is in that same folder.
