[RWP] Easy instruction guide for Reaper with ReaAccess

What's about Capriccio of Capella Software? This was developed in using with NVDA. But this program I understand more less than Reaper... ;)

Most blind folks are using cakewalk sonar, but since we are stuck at older versions people are checking out reaper more, but reaaccess is stuck at no more development, so people are making do for now.
