[RWP] Easy instruction guide for Reaper with ReaAccess

Just be ware that differeing sampling rates through the same card can cause 
issues, like causing playback sampling frequencies to change and you may not 
know it till it's too late.

You'll probably get by with it for mixing though but don't try and record 
that way.
