[RWP] A Problem wit starting ReaAccessh

What screenreader are you using?
64 bit Reaper works with all screenreaders except Window-Eyes.

If you installed the 64 bit version of Reaper on Windows 7 64 it should 
work.
You need to open then close reaper once before installing ReaAccess.
