[RWP] Newby

[Jim Snowbarger]

I have a 2496 in window 7 64, and it occasionally records with  kind of a 
fuzz on the audio.  That's fuzz, not buzz.  I usually get a buzz.  Anyway, 
At first, I thought it was my aging ears.  But, it's definitely there. 
Other times, it works great.  No idea why that happens.
Never seen that before.
Has Anybody else?
