[RWP] What is OSC?

Yeah, right, no I was pointing out that things are not in the tab order, so 
if you just tab around, you'll miss stuff.
And, the think your item said to click on doesn't appear to be there.
It's another of the myriad examples of how forum posts, while still 
potentially useful, can be misleading to us.
They are written from sighty perspective.  I was unable to open that file 
using their directions.
